We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a visionary founder, entrepreneur, and philanthropist in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible role for a polished, proactive, and resourceful professional who thrives on anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and providing seamless personal support at the highest level. Supporting a principal whose schedule spans multiple homes, extensive travel, business commitments, and philanthropic initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to become a trusted right hand and indispensable member of a close-knit support team. The ideal candidate is discreet, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and energized by a role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, high-touch personal support across all aspects of the principal's day-to-day life
  • Manage an ever-changing personal calendar, appointments, and priorities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and trip logistics
  • Prepare residences ahead of the principal's arrival, ensuring each home is fully stocked, organized, and guest-ready
  • Coordinate closely with household staff, executive support, security personnel, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage packing, unpacking, wardrobe logistics, and travel readiness
  • Assist with family-related logistics, gifting, special occasions, and personal projects
  • Handle errands, purchases, reservations, and lifestyle requests with efficiency and discretion
  • Anticipate the principal's needs, proactively identify solutions, and maintain a consistently high level of service
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality while exercising sound judgment in high-profile and sensitive situations
  • Partner closely with other members of the support team to ensure seamless communication and execution across all areas of the principal's life

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting a high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, high-profile, founder, executive, or celebrity principal in a dedicated Personal Assistant capacity
  • Strong personal support experience, with the ability to seamlessly navigate both home and office environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to approximately 75%
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and logistical planning skills
  • Outstanding judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to read situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Service-oriented with a positive, no-task-too-small mentality
  • Highly polished, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a sophisticated support team
  • Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality

Schedule: Full-time position with flexibility required. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel (up to approximately 75% of the time) and the ability to work outside of traditional business hours as needed. While not traveling, the position is primarily based in the office and the principal's residences.

Compensation: Up to $200K, excellent benefits, PTO, 401K, bonus

Location: New York, NY | Primarily in-office with significant travel
