As a Pizza Cook at Little Mama's you will:Have an opportunity for a real path to management – most shift managers are promoted from withinHave flexible schedulingResponsibilities:Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to create a perfect crust.Sauce, top, and bake pizzas according to Little Mama's recipes and standards.Monitor and manage pizza oven temperatures to ensure optimal cooking conditions.Ensure the quality and freshness of all pizza ingredients.Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards to guarantee food safety.Assist with the development of new pizza recipes and specials.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and oven operation.Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality products.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Company InformationFS Food Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
