SAGE Dining Services is seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Breakfast Line Cook to join our exceptional culinary team at a beautiful private day school in the Woodland Hills/Calabasas, CA area.
In this role, you will prepare and present fresh, nutritious, and delicious buffet-style breakfast offerings for students and staff while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. The ideal candidate is confident in their culinary skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating healthy, satisfying meals that help start the day right. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of breakfast items, ensuring an attractive and well-stocked buffet presentation, and providing excellent service throughout the breakfast period.

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.
Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
